This is definitely a newbie for me. As much as I love to eat pears I
never thought to add to a burger. I have to say, if you haven't tried
this before, you got to! The burst of fresh pear in each bite is
wonderful.
I
made this burger using the pulp from juicing and adding a good cup full
to 1lb ground turkey meat. Cook the burger as you would, grill or pan
fry. Top it off with your favorite toppings and you are good to go. Just
be sure you try slicing some pear to go on top .... ENJOY!
