What I did was cut the fresh
salmon up into chunks seasoned it and sauteed in a hot pan with about
2tbls of olive oil, making sure the salmon doesn't stick to the pan. After letting it cool, I placed it on a bed of fresh romaine leaves with shredded carrots and shredded red cabbage, drizzled on a raspberry vinaigrette and ENJOY! <3
